Westpac tells wholesalers to embrace new technology

Westpac is telling wholesalers to embrace new technologies and meet rising customer expectations if they want to thrive in a one hundred and thirty eight -billion-dollar $138bn industry. Research released this morning by the bank's economics team says wholesaling has been largely insulated from challenges other industries have faced. But that could all be set to change. Westpac industry economist Paul Clark spoke to Guyon Espiner.
