"The wheels of justice are turning in the right direction".
That's the reaction from Simon and Sally Glass, parents of New Zealander Christian Glass, whose death will now be heard by a grand jury in the US.
The 22-year-old was shot five times inside his car after calling police for roadside help in Colorado in June.
His parents hope the investigation by a grand jury will lead to charges against the officers who pulled the trigger on their son.
