NZ Rugby chief executive on Black Ferns success at World Cup

A world record crowd and a TV audience of many millions around the world witnessed the thrilling end to the women's Rugby World Cup on Saturday night.

Not so long ago Black Ferns matches were played at club grounds and out of the spotlight, sometimes to crowds in the tens, not tens of thousands.

Former Black Ferns captain and NZ Rugby board member, Farah Palmer, says it's now the time to capitalise on the success of the women's game.
