A Wellington football game has broken the world record for the longest match, and raised more than $50,000 as a result.
Twenty-eight people played a continuous game of indoor football this past weekend for 45 hours.
The previous world record was a 36-hour game of football. More than 2000 goals were scored during the match, with one side winning by about 200 goals.
More Than A Game charity co-founder Graham Matheson was on the field for half of those minutes.
