A group of New Zealand tourists say they're grateful to be alive after what they describe as a horrific helicopter crash in Australia.
Two helicopters collided in the Gold Coast on Monday near Sea World Drive in Main Beach.
One carried New Zealanders Edward and Marle Swart, and Riaan and Elmarie Steenburg.
In a statement released last night, the four say they are completely devastated by the loss of life, and are still coming to terms with what has happened.
