There are still concerns about the planned public media shake-up - even among supporters - despite a Select Committee process to strengthen the bill.
MPs have made several recommendations in a report on the bill, which if passed, would merge RNZ and TVNZ into one entity.
It states the bill in its current form doesn't do enough to protect the entity's editorial independence.
