The Prime Minister is under mounting pressure to strip Stuart Nash of all of his ministerial portfolios.
Nash yesterday resigned as police minister, after admitting he'd once encouraged the police commissioner to appeal a court decision.
He wasn't police minister at the time, but his actions breached the Cabinet Manual.
Opposition parties are outraged Nash remains in Cabinet and are demanding Chris Hipkins take action.
