Opposition parties decry decision to keep isolation period

Opposition parties are decrying the Government's decision to continue the seven-day mandatory isolation period for people who have tested positive for Covid-19.

It will remain for another two months at least - while Ministers wait for more advice on a potential test-to-release strategy.

ACT says New Zealand is a global oddity and a Hermit Kingdom redux and National says New Zealanders have moved on.
