A Tokomaru Bay cafe owner says his business is struggling to stay open after cyclone Gabrielle and more government support is needed urgently.
Trust Tairāwhiti which has been distributing the government's business support grants locally could only give successful applicants 44 percent of what they asked for, with demand well exceeding available funding.
