The price of petrol and diesel's about to go up, as the government's 25 cent cut to the fuel excise duty comes to an end.
From the first of July the excise tax is back to full price, which will push unleaded 91 prices closer to the three dollar mark.
Meanwhile on Waiheke Island, residents are paying about three dollars twenty-six for a litre of 91.
