A coalition agreement between National, ACT and New Zealand First appears to be imminent, with incoming Prime Minister Christopher Luxon saying they're now discussing ministerial positions.
Mr Luxon says policy issues are all agreed.
Negotiations have been running for 18 days now, which Mr Luxon says is pretty quick given the issues that had to be discussed.
