NZ First trying to 'court the cooker vote' - Labour

Labour Party leader Chris Hipkins says New Zealand First's opposition to the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the pandemic response shows it's trying to "court the cooker vote". The government has announced the second leg of the inquiry will have an expanded scope that looks at the use of vaccine mandates and extended lockdowns. Chris Hipikins spoke to Ingrid Hipikss.
