Union says changes to Te Whatu Ora won't help to fix the health system

The head of the union for senior doctors says putting a commissioner in charge of Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand will not help to fix the health system. Association of Senior Medical Specialists executive director Sarah Dalton spoke to Corin Dann.
