At least 200,000 abused in state and faith based care: report

The Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry has found at least 200,000 people have been abused in state and faith-based care since 1950. Reporter Tim Brown who has been covering the abuse in care inquiry for RNZ, and he spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
