Shotgun cartridge found at Waikato recycling facility

A 12-gauge shotgun cartridge is the latest non-recyclable item to turn up at a Waikato recycling facility and the Waipa District Council says it's sheer luck it didn't explode. Waikato reporter Libby Kirkby-McLeod has the story.
