Te Pāti Māori on changes to Te Arawhiti

Te Pāti Māori says a proposal to shift some of the Office of Māori Crown Relations' responsibilities to the Ministry of Māori Development will not improve relations with Māori. Te Pāti Māori Co-leader Debbie Ngarewa-Packer spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
