Nelson mayor agrees with govt approach to local government

Earlier in the week the Prime Minister accused councils of being too focused on pet projects, but now the Government has offered a potential sweetener in its announcement of regional deals. Nelson mayor Nick Smith spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
