Govt ministers cautioned about commitments made to survivors of abuse in care

RNZ has obtained notes of an August 26 meeting between government ministers in which the Attorney-General cautioned colleagues about the commitments they made to survivors of abuse in care. Reporter Timothy Brown spoke to Corin Dann.
