PM Luxon on European leaders meeting on future of Ukraine

The head of the European Commission says the continent's security is at a turning point, as key European leaders have been meeting to discuss the United States' direct negotiations with Russia over its invasion of Ukraine. Prime minister Christopher Luxon spoke to Corin Dann.
