Inquest into release of convicted rapist turned murderer begins

An inquest begins in Christchurch on Monday into the release and monitoring of a convicted rapist who was let out on parole and then murdered a woman in her home. Christchurch reporter Adam Burns spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
