Judge to ask courts to stop full review of his conduct

Supreme Court judge Bill Wilson is to ask the courts to stop a full review of his conduct. For the first time in New Zealand a Judicial Conduct Panel has been convened to decide whether Justice Wilson should have sat on a case in which one of the lawyers was his business partner, to whom he owed a quarter of a million dollars.
