Services in Wellington under threat from council restructuring

Wellington's libraries and cafes may be the next to feel the sting of council cost-cutting. The Wellington City Council has confirmed it's axing 30 drainage worker jobs, and outsourcing the work to Citycare, an organisation owned by the Christchurch City Council.
