James Milne aka Lawrence Arabia leads this year’s Live Cinema event at the New Zealand International Film Festival for the 1928 Hollywood silent romance, Lonesome, set in Coney Island on Independence Day.
To help write and perform the live event, James has called in the expertise of his drummer’s other band: multi-instrumental cinematic jazz quintet Carnivorous Plant Society, led by trumpeter and keyboardist, Finn Scholes.
