Jamming on the Interislander

One of the most expensive items on a musician's tour itinerary is transporting band and gear across the Cook Strait. KiwiRail is helping out by allowing local bands and musicians to "sing for their sailing". So far over 250 local bands have paid for their trip on The Interislander by performing for surprised passengers. Kirsten Johnstone takes to the water to talk to some of them.
