Auckland is in its fourth day under a state of emergency due to the flooding... And as the clean-up effort continues, the scale of the damage caused by the extreme weather event is evident. Northern suburbs of Auckland and Titirangi have been hit particularly hard by flooding and slips. Waitakere ward councillor Ken Turner talks to Karyn on on how the region is recovering.
