The Paris Agreement on climate change has set ambitious targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions to pull back the long-term global temperature rises. But how will those ambitions be achieved? Lavanya Rajamani is a visiting environmental legal expert from the Indian Centre for Policy Research.
