Ball-tampering cricketers sent home

Disgraced Australian cricketers Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft will soon return home from South Africa in the wake of the ball-tampering bombshell that has shaken the sport. The coach, Darren Lehmann, has been let off the hook for now, but Steve Smith's hold on the captaincy remains tenuous, with Cricket Australia's chief executive James Sutherland noting "it's not appropriate at this stage" to comment whether Smith can ever lead the team again.
