Kathryn Ryan meets Creative HQ's CEO Stefan Korn who says companies often get excited about the glitzy aspects of new tech whether or not they offer any real benefits. The aim of GovTech is to balance both the technical and the human aspects of a problem by bringing people, businesses and governments together in one place, to look at the most practical solutions.
