One of the most influential garage bands to come out of America's Pacific Northwest in the late '80s and '90s, Dead Moon turned down shows playing with Nirvana to honour a prior commitment to tour New Zealand in 1992.
A recording made at the Invercargill show on that tour was released this week.
We hear two tracks from that today, alongside gems from rising Auckland soul singer Summer Vee and the late, great Jamaicn producer, Lee Scratch Perry.
