Energy efficiency behaviour and barriers

Professor James Sweeney is the drector of Stanford University's Precourt Energy Efficiency Centre, a Senior Fellow of the US Association for Energy Economics and a member of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Council of Economic Advisors.
