Discontent in the disability support workforce fuels a public campaign to lift its pay and conditions, And backing the right sort of Attitude - That's Attitude TV with its second year hosting the Attitude awards. First up though, United States President Barack Obama has signed his country up to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. That reverses the practice of past administrations refusing to endorse UN conventions and treaties. ….And that reversal has American disability rights activists stoked. Tonight, I'm joined by David Morrissey, who's chief executive of the United States International Council on Disabilities.
