FIAC General Manager Jennifer Flay
Jennifer left for France 36 years ago to study art history staying on to work in dealer galleries, including running her own during a resurgence in the French art scene in the 1990s.
She became the Artistic Director of FIAC in 2003 and since she took over as General manager the fair has had a resurgence and is again one of the world's leading art fairs.
Jennifer was back in New Zealand this week to receive a Kea World Class New Zealand Award - recognising her outstanding contribution as an expat to the world of fine arts - and spoke to Mark Amery.
