The Regional Spotlight falls on Whakatane. The Weekend checks in with Ngati Awa iwi radio station Tumeke FM, which covers Whakatane, west to Tauranga, out east towards Te Whanau Apanui, south towards Murupara, covering the Tuhoe area.
Tumeke FM's operations coordinator and host Tracey Eparaima says they've have been having a good summer.
