Looking after your gut health in the silly season

If you’ve overindulged this silly season, you might be feeling the impacts of poor gut health, such as bloating, bad sleep and stomach cramps. Dr Catherine Wall is a registered dietitian and a lecturer at Otago University’s Department of Human Nutrition. She joins the show to share some advice to get your gut microbiomes back on track.
