Max Rashbrooke, a researcher on economic inequality, wants limits brought in on what he calls the astronomically high executive pay levels in the public service. Finance Minister Grant Robertson has encouraged companies to keep a lid of directors pay this year. We speak to Max Rashbrooke about what should be done. Dismal Levels - that's how New Zealand's business confidence has been described. According tothe the ANZ Business Outlook survey confidence fell 2 points, with a net 54 per cent of respondents reporting that they expect general business conditions to deteriorate in the year ahead. The panellists discuss the issue. The University of Auckland will not remove white supremacists signs from campus. It's the second time this year the posters, urging students to go to a white supremacist website, have popped up. The University's vice-cancellor says it's quote "unfortunate" but won't condemn them, as it's free speech. The panellists weigh in.
