The United Kingdom could have its third prime minister in a single year, after a general election was confirmed for December. The National Party yesterday asked supporters how they would feel about a policy which would withhold benefits from sole parents who don't vaccinate their children. Professor Andrew Geddis from Otago University joins the panel to discuss the legal concerns behind such a policy. It's Halloween! That means lots of kids roaming around, plenty of sugar highs ... and, almost certainly, controversy about costume selections.
