Ptolemy, the old, blind prophet visiting Judas' village is revealed as Bartholomew, one of the original disciples and the only other living follower who was there with Jesus. Although Bartholomew recognises Judas' voice he dare not reveal this as Judas will counter his account of Jesus' life and his gullibility and desperation at the time. We hear the account of the loaves and fishes miracle.
