From 0 to 80+! Several thousand Chinese New Zealanders converge on one main centre every year to compete in the annual Easter Tournaments. Lynda gets into some running shoes and heads on down to the ASB Centre in Wellington to find out more about this special gathering that’s been taking place since the Second World War. Teeny-ballers and Veterans alike, sports and culture collide over a weekend of fun, fitness and ferocious energy. There’s even some atrocious singing involved with four brave young men contesting to be crowned “Mr Easter” …!
