Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser from the duo 2Cellos have announced an Auckland performance in December 2018. These Croatian virtuosos went from obscurity to near ubiquity when their duelling cellos version of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal' racked up three million hits on YouTube in two weeks.
They were then invited by Sir Elton John to support him on his global tour (including Dunedin) and also signed a six album deal with the Sony masterworks label.
