Episode 189 features an interview recorded in 2006 with legendary American blues man Buddy Guy. The late great Stevie Ray Vaughan once said: " "Without Buddy Guy, there would be no Stevie Ray Vaughan." Such is the influence that the 84 year old musician has had on a plethora of great guitarists that include Eric Clapton, Jeff beck and Jimi Hendrix. Buddy has been playing blues since the 60’s in Chicago and began his recording career with the iconic Chess Records label. He has toured globally and his passion is such that he is still out there keeping the blues alive.
