One such was ZK-AZL which went on to help revolutionise aerial topdressing in New Zealand in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. The DC3 Trust has just been formed to help conserve the 'big slow bird' which has been on display at the Agricultural Heritage Museum in the Waikato for over 35 years (RNZ)
