A woman has drowned at a marina south of Whangarei.
St John Ambulance said it received reports of a drowning at Marsden Cove Marina near Ruakaka just before 10pm last night.
It said police have been notified of the death. It is not thought to be suspicious.
The marina has so far declined to comment.
