强烈的风暴及强风天气将袭击奥克兰到怀卡托地区，比预期的要早。
气象局MetService发布了强风暴预警，从今日（5月29日）上午10点开始，奥克兰、大屏障岛（Great Barrier Island）、Coromandel半岛以及怀卡托将出现严重的雷雨天气，持续时间一直到晚间。
部分地区预计将出现时速高达120公里的强风。
