The Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum has taken the top award at the New Zealand Cricket Awards in Auckland.
McCullum won the Sir Richard Hadlee medal, the supreme award for the evening.
He was honoured for his captaincy and batting, which included being the first New Zealander to score 1000 test runs in a calendar year.
Kane Williamson won the top award for batting while Trent Boult picked up the top bowling award.
Retiring Black Caps Daniel Vettori and Kyle Mills were also honoured at the ceremony.
