New Zealand swimmer Mary Fisher set an Oceania record in her 400m freestyle final at the Paralympic Games though that still wasn't enough to win her a medal.
The Wellington swimmer was just out of the medals in her S11 400m freestyle, finishing in fourth place in a time of 5 minutes 22.09 seconds.
Though the 19-year-old set an Oceania record, she was pipped for bronze by Italy's Cecilia Camellini who finished in 5:20.27.
Germany's Daniela Schulte claimed gold with a 5:14.35 and Canada's Amber Thomas won silver in 5:15.48.
New Zealander Aine Kelly-Costello finished 10th in the same event.
