The Terrace Tunnel in Wellington is open to traffic heading into the city after it closed because of a truck that was too tall, the Transport Agency says.
It said there would be significant delays from before the Ngauranga interchange.

Auckland commuters have also faced delays this morning.
NZTA said a crash on the southern motorway into the city earlier this morning has cleared, but there would be delays.
