Police have arrested a woman in relation to an assault at the central Hamilton Kmart store on Saturday.

The woman, 24, yesterday appeared in Hamilton District Court charged with aggravated assault, aggravated injury, shoplifting and theft.
She was remanded in custody to reappear on 2 May.
Police have also identified a second offender - a 26-year-old woman - and police are trying to locate her for arrest.
