The owner of a Wellington bottle shop is devastated it has been ram-raided and burgled three times in four months.
Thirsty Liquor Island Bay was ram raided about 4am today, with thieves smashing the door and stealing about $500 worth of alcohol.
Owner Chetan Rattan said he could not cope with the financial and mental pressure and he was looking for a more secure job.
Rattan said he has repeatedly asked Wellington City Council for permission to install an extra bollard in front of his store, but he has heard nothing back.
