Two arrested after firearms incident in Auckland's Clover Park

Two arrests have been made as part of an ongoing investigation into a firearms incident at Auckland's Clover Park.

Police were called on 2 May, after a man suffered an injury when a firearm was discharged outside a property on Clutha Crescent.

Counties Manukau CIB Acting Detective Inspector Mike Hayward said police executed search warrants on Tuesday as part of the investigation

A man and a woman, aged 18 and 60, are due in Manukau District Court on Tuesday afternoon.

The pair have been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Police said they could not rule out further charges.
