Police are investigating after yet another violent robbery at a South Auckland service station.

Officers were called to a petrol station on Cavendish Drive about 6.15am on Sunday.

Four men assaulted a staff member, before taking items and fleeing in a stolen vehicle, police said.

St John ambulance said it attended the incident and treated a patient who was in a moderate condition.

It was the third aggravated robbery at service stations in south Auckland this month.
